Journey to Change program

This program is for men who know something isn’t working, but can’t fully see why.

Journey to Change helps you understand how your patterns formed, what your nervous system learned to do to keep you safe and why those same responses now show up in your relationships, reactions and behaviour.

Through structured guidance, teaching and integration, you’ll build the awareness and capacity needed to respond differently, not by force, but through understanding.

You’ll be the first to know when enrolment opens and receive early access details.

  • "His steady, compassionate approach allowed us to go deep quickly”

Working 1:1 with Alan was a turning point. We explored childhood trauma and inner child patterns that were shaping how I showed up in my life.

Through working with him I began to understand the “nice guy” behaviours that were holding me back and build healthier habits grounded in clarity and accountability.

Alan’s steady, compassionate approach made it possible to go deep and create real change. I highly recommend working with him.

  • "Alan has truly played a pivotal part in my healing journey"

For years I’d been suppressing trauma and at times felt close to giving up.

The work was confronting, but necessary. The structure and guidance, created powerful moments of clarity that shifted how I see myself and my past.

The impact has been profound across my relationships, with my wife, my children, my parents and my siblings.

  • "Working with Alan was an instrumental turning point in my healing journey"

He helped me understand that emotional recovery is no different to recovering from a physical injury, it requires awareness, patience and the right guidance.

With his support, I gained the clarity and perspective to move forward and reconnect with the happiness within myself.

  • "I had reached parts of my childhood trauma I’d been carrying for years"

The space Alan created was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I’ve never felt more comfortable around a group of men.

The work wasn’t easy, but it was held safely and professionally. By the end of the day, I had reached parts of my childhood trauma I’d been carrying for years and walked away with a deeper understanding of myself.

Since then, I’ve stopped living as a victim of my circumstances. I understand myself and the people around me more clearly and my relationships at home and at work have improved.
