online Therapy sessions
1:1 work is for men who are ready to understand the patterns shaping their relationships, reactions, and internal world.
This isn’t surface-level coaching.
It’s structured, trauma-informed work focused on building internal safety, attachment awareness, and nervous system capacity.
Because of the depth of this work, sessions are not designed as one-offs.
We begin with a minimum of 4 sessions, allowing enough time to understand what’s underneath the patterns, build awareness, and start creating meaningful change in a supported way.
Your first session is 90 minutes.
This allows us to slow things down, understand your experience properly, and begin mapping the patterns and responses that are shaping your life, rather than rushing through surface-level detail.
Ongoing sessions are typically 60 minutes, with 90-minute sessions used when deeper exploration is needed.
This structure supports both consistency and depth, so the work can unfold in a grounded and sustainable way.

"His steady, compassionate approach allowed us to go deep quickly”
Working 1:1 with Alan was a turning point. We explored childhood trauma and inner child patterns that were shaping how I showed up in my life.
Through working with him I began to understand the “nice guy” behaviours that were holding me back and build healthier habits grounded in clarity and accountability.
Alan’s steady, compassionate approach made it possible to go deep and create real change. I highly recommend working with him.

"I had reached parts of my childhood trauma I’d been carrying for years"
The space Alan created was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I’ve never felt more comfortable around a group of men.
The work wasn’t easy, but it was held safely and professionally. By the end of the day, I had reached parts of my childhood trauma I’d been carrying for years and walked away with a deeper understanding of myself.
Since then, I’ve stopped living as a victim of my circumstances. I understand myself and the people around me more clearly and my relationships at home and at work have improved.
