THE INNER WORK 2 DAY TRANSFORMATIONAL WORKSHOP
This is a focused, in-person workshop designed to help you understand what’s driving your patterns and begin changing how you show up in your life and relationships.
Most men are operating from patterns they didn’t consciously choose.
How you react, communicate, connect, or shut down is often shaped by earlier experiences that were never fully understood.
This workshop brings that into awareness and gives you a way to work with it.
What We’ll Do
Over two days, we move through a structured process:
Day 1 — Exploring Your Childhood
We look at your early experiences and the environment that shaped you.
You’ll begin to understand how your beliefs, emotional responses, and coping strategies were formed and how they still influence your behaviour today.
Day 2 — Exploring Your Relationships
We bring that understanding into your current life.
You’ll identify patterns in how you communicate, respond under pressure and relate to others and begin learning how to navigate those moments differently.
What to Expect
This is not surface-level conversation.
You’ll be guided through:
clear, structured teaching
practical exercises and reflection
real-life application
a contained, professionally facilitated environment
The focus is not on overwhelming you.
It’s on helping you understand yourself clearly, in a way that creates real change.
